♠ Atmospheric Perspective ♠
It is also known as Aerial Perspective.
It refers to the effect on atmosphere. The appearance of an object as it is viewed from a distance. As the distance between an object and a viewer increases, the contrast between the object and its background decreases, the contrast of any markings or details within the object also decreases. The colors of the object also become less saturated and shift towards the background color.

A form of perspective in drawing and painting in which parallel lines are represented as converging so as to give the illusion of depth and distance.
